The overall Median Sales Price were up 15.8 percent to $337,000. The property type with the largest price gain was the Condos segment, where prices increased 16.4 percent to $259,900. Market-wide, inventory levels were down 47.1 percent. The property type that lost the least inventory was the Single-Family segment, where it decreased 46.6 percent. That amounts to 1.0 months of supply for Single-Family homes and 1.0 months supply for Condos.
